Personally, I believe we live in some dark, pessimistic, and disturbed times as individual rights are everyday being tested and at stake, so I trust that now more than ever the spirit of A Clockwork Orange exists. If I were you, I'd use your miniseries to dive deep into the theme of the Individual vs The State to allow audiences to reflect on our own circumstances. Allow the audience to see on the screen a reality so different from our own, yet scarily similar, and incite them to take action.
